At first I was disheartened with the length of time it was taking my order to arrive, having placed my order at the end of November, it looked like it wasn’t going to arrive in time for Christmas. However, it arrived just in the nick of time and the shirt exceeded expectations! It’s a real head turner and the quality of the images is just amazing! So many compliments, so pleased!

I made an enquiry about the delivery of the mug and was responded to very quickly. As promised the mug arrived around the correct time. I did panick at first because when I opened the box to check the mug, it was completely black. Then I realised that hot water made the picture appear. My other half loved it. Mug is slightly on the small side but definitely not an issue. I've added a photo of the mug and our pups...brilliant likeness!

Exactly like what was shown in the picture prior to ordering.
However, I also ordered the personalised ugly Xmas sweater and that looks nothing like what was shown in the picture. It is more of a long sleeve tshirts and the quality and colour is very poor. Quite disappointed with that as I was planning on ordering t-shirt as well and now don't know whether it is worth it and whether it will look like what's on your pictures or I'll get something poorly made again.
