My brother’s review after introducing OuiSi at a family vacation, “I think this is my favorite game ever. Thanks so much for bringing it. But wait, is it even a game? If not, what is it? It doesn’t matter - I love it.”

We love it! We've yet to explore all the ways to play it, but we are enjoying hearing our son's rationale for why he pairs what together. It's amazing what he comes up with!

I got these cards for my grandchildren and they really enjoyed them. The domino-type game was the easiest to start with and it amazed me the different ways they were making connections between cards. All ages were able to join in and enjoy the game.

Fun game the the entire family. My kids really enjoyed it. I could see us taking this on road trips in the future.

We played this game on a family vacation with my siblings, all of us in our 60s. It was an easy game to pick up and we laughed a lot. I bought it recently so we would have an easy, big group game to play when my grandkids visit this summer.

Bought this to play with my son and his family. My 5 year old granddaughter declared “This is the best game I’ve ever played”! Love that there are several ways to play!

Just spent an hour or so making visual connections, noticing, wondering. Feeling more calm, centered. Some relaxing music, a mug of tea or chocolate, and the occasional passerby to comment. Ran out of room, else I would still be going. Yes yes! There is no limit to the possibilities of play. 13/10, highly recommend.

For us, Ouisi has been less a game and more an experience. My 6yo, 2.5yo, and I have been enjoying laying out cards and free associating. But Ouisi is also versatile; you can introduce as much game structure as you want (some suggestions are included) and I look forward to doing that too. The images are well curated and of amazing quality and the quantity you get is satisfying. Ouisi really unlocks the brain! Can’t wait to get the Nature set.

I purchased the original Ouisi cards for my then 4 year old grandson and we loved looking at the pictures and making matches of pictures that had something in common. He has turned 5 now and we loved the nature cards even more. The QR code on the back of each card is a great addition. We would try to guess what the picture was and then he would ask for me to "look it up." We both learned some much and had a great time. It is fun to "play" with cards that are not about who wins or loses, but ...

There are so many ways to "play" OuiSi...and we haven't even opened the ideas booklet that came with the set. My grandson and I love to play on the floor and see where our matching cards leads. I enjoy pulling one out as I go outside for a walk and think about connections between my environment and the card. OuiSi's Nature set has just arrived, and we're anxious to see what lies ahead. Likely the cards will spark our connection to the images. I predict lots of story-telling ahead.

I recently took this to a Teammate’s meeting where I mentor a young High School student. They go to an Arts and Humanities focused school. We built our game by naming how the the next card was “similar” ~ we had a blast! They wanted to take it home and cover a wall with it!

This was a gift to my granddaughter who loves penquins AND Ouisi. I meant to give it to her for Christmas, but the delayed delivery gave me a chance to give it to her as a 21st birthday presents. She took a picture of her favorite cards...penquins. We both love this game.

The students in our forest classroom use Ouisi to develop a sensitivity to observe nature. All the layers of seeing are simplified on the square cards. But then they walk into the woods with fresh eyes. They continually ask me to take Ouisi pictures when they see a pattern or design.

My students and I love this game so much. They love learning about the o pop hoots they select through the use of our classroom iPad with the QR codes. This game creates open ended learning and has increased language skills in my students. I may love it even more than the original game.

My 7 y.o. and I love spending wind-down time with Ouisi. She is bright and seems to be a deep thinker, but she's also a little hyper and scattered, so she's never really taken to a nighttime relaxation/mindfulness routine such as nightly meditation, exercise, or even an organized series of yoga moves. But break out the Ouisi cards, and she will sit still and talk with me (about the cards and all kinds of things) for an hour!

My kids love finding similiar photo sets and making up stories about what the photos could be. I like the open ended ways you can use the cards and be inspired!

Using OuiSi in unexpected ways! Our monthly writing group used the images as a writing prompt. It was incredible the memories and stories they brought up for each of us - instinctively choosing a different card from the set. My eyes have always been drawn to patterns and these cards are like food for my creative side!

My friend has a huge kitchen counter and we were able to play all 210 cards. We had the “ city” section, and the flower section, etc. when I play by myself, I get lost in the game and the images, just like when I create art.

This is a photo of my then 10 year old grandson teaching his great aunt, and two uncles how to play. The new set of cards has been received with great joy. The 8 year old grandson especially loves the QR code to find out what the picture is. Initially we made up our own rules to fit the boys’ ages but soon we will change things up! The boys even taught their 90 year old great grandfather how to play the game and there was great discussion about each card placement - the brilliance of this game i...

We played OuiSi with our adult autism group and we all had a great time. People especially loved the nature pictures and we had as much fun scanning the QR codes to learn more about the picture as we did formally playing the game.

Had a wonderful time with this set of cards, making visual and abstract connections, and seeing new perspectives! A great way to ground you and your friends in nature and visual fun!

I love my ouisi. I’m an art teacher, and I use it constantly in a variety of ways but my favorite was on a trip to a museum students broken to teams and had to match cards two sections of the mirror they were looking at and describe why they felt they went together. There are so many creative ways to use this deck of photos. I cannot wait to buy the nature set.

I have used Ouisi in multiple ways. My favorite is with my 3 yr old grandson. I love listening to him explain what he sees on the cards. We play for hours. I also have used them with executive leadership teams for exercises in building connections. The range of use, as well as the range in age that can enjoy Ouisi is what makes it amazing!

My now 6YO fell in love with Ouisi original when he was 5. For Christmas he got Ouisi nature. You should see our floor when he plays with them. He lines them up like dominoes in endless trails frequently extending 12-15’ in length!

We love this game! It is fun to think outside of the box & see the same pictures through the eyes of others. My daughters and I love scanning the QR code on the back to learn about new plants & animals.

OuiSi is truly a unique and open ended game for all ages! We told "pass it on" spooky, silly stories around our pretend campfire while babysitting our grandkids. Like one's imagination the possibilities of OuiSi are infinite! Janet Blenheim

Boys ages five and eight were completely engaged in choosing a card to ad to our square. The surprise is the bar code which allows us to find out more about each card. We have the nature game -- it became a "guess what this is" while researching and comparing our cards. We enjoyed this non-competitive exchange during our Friday evening pizza dinner.

I purchased the Nature version for my kindergarten Girl Scout troop of 5 & 6 year olds and it occupied them instantly. The only prompt I gave them was “tree” and they picked out whatever cards made them think of a tree to make a big picture collage. Afterwards each picked a favorite image and why they thought of a tree. The possibilities are endless and can be as hard or easy as the group needs to feel inspired!

Grandma and Grandpa got this for themselves to play with the grands! They love drawing a card and starting a story using the image as inspiration. As we each took our turns we continued the story. Many twists and turns and lots of laughs. Next day Lia, age 7, said I know…let’s play again and this time, I’ll draw the story as you tell it! Imagination personified!! We had a blast!

Henri loves to think and analyze and put things together. He’s five years old and already bombard his dad with football stats during a game. He is a little organizer, so OuiSi is right up his alley. Providing his two year old sister doesn’t eat the cards(!!), I think he will enjoy this set for a long time.

Played with elderly mom and she really enjoyed it. We played it like this: 16 cards face up, . You give a clue, then a number: like "stripes 3" and The other person has to find the three cards you're thinking of. If correct, you get the card. Person with most cards wins. She LOVED it.

Love Ouisi and highly recommend it for anyone looking for activities for dementia patients. My dad has advanced Alzheimer's and we spend the most delightful afternoons together as he weaves stories of all kinds out of the images. The Ouisi cards enable him to have an engaged conversation that he guides. So often people with dementia are struggling to respond to other people's conversation, but that is not the case whenever we use the cards. My dad takes us where he wants to go and wherever t...

Beautiful game. Chose the nature set and it is stunning. So fun to look at the pictures and use the QR codes to learn more about them. So many ways to play the game. I bought it because I thought it would be a great way for children to learn to create discussion skills with arguing. I am going to gift this to all my nieces and nephews.

I bought Ouisi as a game to play with my son who needed more open ended games. He didn't enjoy playing games in general because of all the rules. Not only does he enjoy playing but we play it as a family at least once a week. We come up with stories and play a variety of mindfulness games with the cards. We had used them so often that we felt we could use some more variety in the cards. So I bought Ouisi Nature just a few weeks ago and we are loving the added variety. The cards are high quality ...

I bought this to help fill awkward/anxious waiting times with my mother in law who has dementia. So far we've only used the cards once and for a first introduction we just let her take a look through them but I hope we can start playing a low stakes matching game with them in the future. They're easy for her to handle and the colors and patterns seemed to catch her attention. I certainly had fun playing with them on my own, seeing connections, so they won't go to waste! A friend thought they mig...

I used the OuiSi cards to create a "Close-Up/Blow-Up" lesson for middle school art class. I cut masks that allowed the students to only see and draw one quadrant of each OiSui Card, which they enlarged onto a corresponding quadrant of 9"x9" sheet of paper. Using a pencil the students lightly "maped out" each quadrant looking for the shapes, proportions, and angles in each quadrant. After removing the masks, they then could see the entire image and define their lines. I encouraged them not to ...

Our grandkids absolutely love Ouisi for it's "no rules" game play. Also, for it's versatility in play style. With this game, everyone is able to participate at the same level and all walk away with a great experience (no winners or losers, age doesn't restrict how well you do at the game, etc.). The only drawback that I can see is that maybe after many plays, the cards begin to be too familiar. Replenishing with new cards is likely the key to keeping this game fresh. This game is still new to u...

This is a great game that can be used in many settings. We love that we can easily look up the photos we have questions about. Home, regular and preschool, long term care facilities are a few places these could be useful besides just among friends.

This great game plays perfectly well for Solitaire, as it does for group play! Line, shape, color, texture—- the art elements are all there to be connected. It’s fun ( and enlightening) to see how other minds work, in making connections. Thank you.
