Bought it as a Christmas gift and haven't yet heard how the child is enjoying it. But then I bought another for myself because, as an amateur photographer, I thought it was intriguing. Haven't yet played it but just looked at the booklet with all the ideas and at some of the cards and have found it to be impressively conceived and put together. Look forward to actually playing with friends!

To be honest, I haven't played the game yet. But I saw it online and thought it would be perfect for my 4-year-old grandson, who is good at that kind of thinking/connecting. His 7-year-old brother will enjoy it too. (Also, I wanted to play it myself.) The game arrived promptly and I have every expectation that it will be a big hit. Thanks.

It's wonderful for the whole family. We have always enjoyed game night, but as my mother has aged it's been difficult for her to participate. Ouisi gets Mom talking and thinking and she feels part of the family again. We may wind up playing by her rules instead of ours, but we all have a great time, however we play. Thanks, Ouisi, for keeping my mom in the game!

We bought this game for our adult children and one for the young children, age 5-8, as well as one for ourselves (senior adults). Each play the game differently, but all of us love it. It was a great selection for everyone.

I have high hopes for this game. I received four. One is for language development for a family with six kids under eight, one is for a ten-year-old who has everything, one is for a woman in her nineties who has memory issues, and finally there’s one for me, so I can take it wherever I go! I can’t wait to play it with little kids. ❤️

Absolutely beautiful and colorful pictures on nice thickness of cardboard! Some of the pictures were challenging. I am pleased with this purchase, a gift for my daughter, and we are enjoying it. The only drawback are the vague instructions for play. Yes, I know you are supposed to use your imagination, but could have used more concise or clear directions for one way to play.

We gave it to our son and his family (two girls 6 and 8). Their initial game lasted two hours the first time and they said it was really fun.

Had family over for holidays and the "twenty somethings" were playing in the other room, shrieking with laughter. They are all getting a game for their birthdays this year since we don't live together and I am not giving mine up!

I was looking for something more interactive to do with my husband’s puzzle-loving family. This fit the bill and was very well received by his twenty-something offspring. Even better, he is looking forward to playing it with just me. 😁 Win-win.

Played our first game on Christmas day—three adults and one five year old who needs a break from Legos and more Legos. We were happily engaged, making OuiSi work for all of us. Some of us told stories to make the connections. Some of us took the game in unexpected directions. We had enough mental presence, aside from the game, to enjoy each other's handiwork and ideas. Great game!

I played Ouisi with my adult son with autism who loves card games. He was able to identify many of the whole objects from the pictures of a part and the connections he made were fascinating. I also used it with my 4 year old & 8 year old grandsons and it was a great way to expand their vocabulary and descriptive skills!

Ousi comes with sturdy and beautiful cards for this game with many options to choose from. We wish we had had this game when our children were younger, but now we can share it with others. It offers so many creative ways to use our brains and experiential thinking, as a family or other group gathering, with many laughs and smiles along the way.

Although we didn’t have much time to play it over the holiday, my grandchildren really loved it and wanted to keep playing when it was time to leave. I do think it will spur their natural creativity and encourage language development for the youngest. Thanks for creating this soon to be favorite.

The quality of the photos and the game pieces is outstanding. I love how the photos...the angles, shadows, colors... are so visually appealing. I gave them as gifts to a teacher for her 3rd grade class, a family with a 6 year old who enjoys selecting a few cards and making up a story, and a family where three generations will enjoy it. I love how the pictures encourage divergent thinking.

I’m a grateful granny. It’s hard to find games that multi-aged grand kids (and their parents) can find engaging. It’s a meaningful break from other mind numbing options. The cards and photos are beautiful. What a great game.

Haven’t got to try it yet, but my son and oldest grandkids, who are young adults, love it, and they have played a lot of board games! None of they others have anywhere near as many different ways to engage.

We love it. I bought a copy of the game for myself and a copy for my six year old nephew. We play by video phone. We look at the decks together and make up stories. We make matching pairs. It’s a great way to connect with him during the pandemic. It’s funny you asked for a review today. I just got off the phone with him.

I have played this game with grandsons, ages 9 and 5, and with grown children in their thirties. Everyone loves it! The imagination and creativity that are sparked, and the discoveries that are made while playing are magical! It is a different game every time the cards are dealt. We love it!!

My family played one game of it on Christmas Day and filled the dining table with many pathways. I loved the quality of the photos and great variety of ways to play the game. Looking forward to using random cards for creative writing! I enjoyed hearing the different patterns others saw...which then made them visible to me. Thinking I may need a deck of my own.

I gave this game to my 9 year old Granddaughter for Christmas. We played it and enjoyed the thinking process we all went through. It’s great for developing imagination and full of laughs and fun!

I love them because they are beautiful and so versatile. We have played the dominoes style game and had lots of laughs! I have one to my son, who is a speech pathologist, who uses it to stimulate conversations with his students. I bought another one for my husband to use as poetry prompts. The third set, I bought for other family members just to play with, but the art teacher in the family sees how she can use it with her art students!

I gave this to my grandkids for Christmas. The oldest is 7 and she really seemed to love it! We chose to play a non-competitive game of connections - what is the same in this picture as is in another picture- and she spent quite a long time playing multiple times with her dad, her sister and me. They live far away so I don't know if she is still playing with it, but I know she sure loved it when she got it!

We played the game for Christmas with 3 generations. The 4 year old was great at it. It was sooo much fun. We can’t wait to play again. It will be a new tradition. Thank you for such a thoughtfully made experience for our entire family!

I’m a cognitive interventionist who works with students who struggle with verbalizing comparisons. They love the photos & challenge themselves to see how many ways they can connect the cards. It was requested several times this last week of school. Thanks for your time & effort in putting together a quality product.

We’ve only had the game for a few days, but my 4 1/2 yr old grandson loves it. So easy to explain to him, and he loves that he gets to choose where to play his card, and then explain his choice.Excellent game for all ages!

I had to wait a few weeks to give my review since I was taking this with me to visit my grandkids. We played it for the first time last night, and EVERYONE!!! loved it! The youngest player was 7 and the oldest 60. Great fun, interesting, and beautiful for us all. My daughter and teenage grandson were excited to figure out new ways to play it and the 7-year old said she wanted to "look at all the pictures, they're so cool!" Easy to play, and not like your usual matching game. They even thought th...

I bought this to share with my parents who have dementia. It is wonderful! We have enjoyed the dominoes game, what the picture reminds them of and plan to try the story telling. I can see their wheels turning as they think about the cards. Kudos to the game developer!

We LOVE the game. I played it with my 5th grade class today. They played a "Domino" version today. The conversation while they justified their connections was AWESOME! We'll be playing a lot more.

Great quality cards and packaging. Fantastic game for a big family with various levels of skills and reading and abilities between different ages (we have a toddler and an 18yo and every age in between!)

We played this for the 1st time last night with my spouse and 2 kids (10yo and 7yo). We chose the cooperative play version. Both kids were totally into the game, liked finding similarities between the photos and best of all we played as a team. I love the meditative / contemplative aspect of this game and look forward to more iterations in the future with free time alone as well as with friends and family.

As an art teacher this pairs so beautifully with a study of abstract art. We love playing the game as a family, grandma down to our youngest can all play together. It’s wonderful.

I haven't played it yet but got it for a birthday gift for my neurodivergent son. I can't wait for us to play it based on what I've seen of how it can be used.

We are loving our OuiSi game. The cards/tiles are beautiful and the game modalities allow for collaboration, creativity, competition... the flexibility and type of engagement the game provides is fantastic.

I'm an art teacher for grades k-12 and this book has been an amazing tool for my classroom! Each class is at a different level and OuiSi allows me to meet them at those levels and they all have a blast. I can't recommend it highly enough!

This is the best ice breaker for first day of school! Students were able to talk with each other without being awkward and their explanations of the connections were so interesting! The students requested to play the next day :)

I purchased the game for use during some of my professional development sessions with teachers. They love being able to make any kind of connection they see and it helps break the ice without being stuck in a box.

I am a college professor in the department of art and design. Often times it is a difficult thing for new students to begin to see things formally or descriptively. They have to transition into seeing things as information and qualities, not merely stopping when their brain identifies something. They have difficulty noticing visual relationships. My hope to find a way to integrate this game into class to give students an opportunity to help them discover the delight in an enhanced sense of visio...
