I’m a school social worker and I bought this to use at work. It’s great and kids have loved it. We love that it’s non competitive, the pictures are “cool!” and anyone can participate. Thanks for making it!

I am a speech language pathologist and bought this to use with my middle school students. The language opportunities are endless (think describing, explaining, comparing, reasoning, vocabulary, sentence structure… the list goes on!) And I love the realistic and vivid pictures :)

My students and I play this game as a a brain booster on Fridays. It is a great way for kids to have time together playing a non-competitive game with a twist of using “because” to show why their card fits in our game of “Ouisinoes”. Looking forward to many more games together!

I use Ousi in my classroom to teach about classification. I love the way the youth can make their own connections between the photos. It helps them to think in diverse ways. Thank you for coming up with such a beautiful and creative set of cards - much more than a typical "game".

I bought the original set for my high school ELA classroom that is 91% ELL students. They all immediately grasped the concept and had a great tike making connections in small groups! I’m hoping to built up to individual storytelling with a group of four to six cards. This game has been an incredible addition to my toolbox.

I love OuiSi. We use it to play image association dominoes. Once we got the Getty set, we also started trying to guess the artwork and then looking it up on the Getty site. This time I bought two sets (Original and Getty) to use in a small-group workshop to get participants thinking about non-analytical ways about our topic.

Everyone who plays with the tiles finds something to enjoy about it. My granddaughter spread the whole game out on the carpet, in rows, while waiting for the rest of the house to wake up. I like the photos for artistic inspiration. My volunteer organization used it in a “connectivity “ at a meeting for new members. Beautifully designed game!

Played it with my preschool grandkids. I gave each one 5 cards and put one in the middle. How many connections can we make? There are no wrong answers. We played for over an hour reusing the same 50 cards. I was wonderful listening to their explanations.

Five of us ("slightly" mature women) played the original set and loved every card. We used each card, made up stories about each group as the connections grew, and had hilarious fun! We have not gotten to the Nature one, but we will enjoy playing OuiSi again!!!

We love to play Ouisi so much, we bought each version for fun! We play as a family and our homeschool co-op friends like to play too. This game is so fun because you can make it whatever you want. The photos are gorgeous and being able to scan the photo for more details is super helpful. Seriously, our favorite game!

The truth is I’ve only played the original ouisi with my family including young grandchildren aged 4 and up. But we enjoy it so much that I went ahead and bought the other 2 versions for when we are all next together. Such a great non-competitive game. Really fun and interesting.

I used this with high school students who are working on communication and social skills. It provided a great tool to understand how others may think, and build collaboration skills. The cards are well made and the images are beautiful and thought provoking.

Amazing! Three kids under six and I have now purchased every single game. We play with the cards with matching or memory or we have to make arguments that two random cards match or don’t. The quality of the pictures is so great that I also display a couple at a time at kid eye level. My kids are all so different but they each have enjoyed playing with these, and as a group. My youngest can hardly sit still and so it’s great to have a group game we can all enjoy together

Played this first while visiting siblings and liked it so much I bought the nature version for myself. I played it with a friend who liked it so much I just bought the original for her as a birthday gift. We all love this game.

So much fun! I bought it for my art classroom in middle school. We just started using it as a down time activity. I can tell the kids are going to enjoy it.

We purchased all three varieties of OuiSi to use in our classes for seniors and adults with developmental impairments. The beautiful images, QR Codes for more info, and many ways to play have been engaging for our participants and their care givers.

My family has enjoyed playing this artistically beautiful game. It is an intriguing game for a small group and a satisfying game for only one player!

I bought this game to play with my mother who has Alzheimer’s disease. She was enthralled with the beauty of the cards and we really enjoyed matching the elements of different cards by colors, patterns and animals. My mother was a little apprehensive about the term “game” because her confidence is compromised, but once I said let’s look at these beautiful cards and see if any are alike, she relaxed and became very interested in them. She enjoyed learning more about the photographers and the loca...

I bought this game for my daughter and her family for Christmas. She has 2 young girls, 6 and 3 years old, and she always looks for things that are educational as well as fun. And she is an elementary school special ed resource teacher. When I saw this game advertised, I know she would love it. When she opened it on Christmas, she hollered with delight. We played it right away, and we all enjoyed it. She also planned to take it to her school to help her students. This is one of the best g...

It’s so much fun! Beautiful photos. We especially love the QR code to see if we guessed it correctly, absolutely loved all the info about the picture. After buying one for ourselves we gifted one as well.

We played OuiSi only once so far but we had a really great time. It's fun but in a more thoughtful way than, say, Apples to Apples (Is it OK to include a trademark name?). It's very open to interpretation. We played with our adult children. My husband has Parkinson's dementia, and it was very interesting how he saw different things. He is at the point where he can't play any games any longer, even as simple as Fish or Yahtzee, because he doesn't understand the concepts and can't hold all the ca...

So simple but so many ways to play. Our family pretty quickly found that we preferred certain ways to play. It sparked laughter and friendly competition and conversation. Simple and fun.

I gave this as a gift to my cousins. One of them knew what it was because it was in her classroom at school. She was excited to have her own copy at home. The whole family loved the images and can't wait to play it!

The wonderful thing about this game is that you can play it with anyone of almost any age because an individual's perception is their own. It doesn't have to agree with anyone else. We had three generations playing and we enjoyed every game. We could have had four generations. I can even play this as Solitaire, me and myself! The photos in all three games are excellent.

My loved one had a hospital stay during which OuiSi saved us both. We used it to get his brain moving again after an episode that included incoherent speech. The coupling of making connections & a bit of competition helped engage him and get him out of bed. We played for over two hours! We are both artists so we dug the visual engagement!

I bought Ouisi to play with my 8 year old as well as our Odyssey of the Mind team. It has been a lot of fun and a great tool to get the students thinking more creatively. We love how many different types of 'games' we can play with the cards.

As a teacher and cognitive scientist I am continually fascinated by the connections my students and friends make while playing this game. What makes it so fascinating to me is the playability. You can have players from kindergarten through PhD and all are able to participate fully. It’s also a great tool for making student groups in class. ‘Find three other people whose images match yours in some way.’

I bought the original and nature versions of this game so had to have the art based one, too! I bought an extra set for 7 year old twins with autism. Their mother reported much merriment, inventive play and periodic lively squabbles. Evidently Dad didn't like having all his "best" cards snatched away so engaged in comical debates about who had the greatest claim to the favored pictures. Turned out, it was always a child who claimed the prize pictures!

I bought this game for my 12 year old grandson, who has problems with staying focused. He's also extremely competitive. This game has eliminated most competitive behaviors, though he needs assurance that his part is great. He has fun playing, though, so happily plays for a long as other players are available. We talk about our tiles and where they'd go best, leading to a lot of laughter. He hasn't played alone, though I have and really enjoyed it... almost therapeutic! The social aspect is prim...

I am a speech language pathologist working in the schools with kindergarten through 8th grade students. While I have only had Ouisi for 2 weeks, I have already used it in a variety of ways! I have used it to work on comparing and contrasting, attributes, expanding sentences and articulation. My students have really enjoyed adding something new and hands on into our therapy sessions. I love the versatility, the beautiful pictures and the easy setup/clean up!

Got this for my nephew’s visit while we stayed at a cabin. I plan to try using it for generating some creative ideas for my artwork.

This is a beautiful game! I am using it with my adult English Learner students as a vocabulary builder and to have fun in tutoring sessions. I preselected 25ish cards where size descriptions could be used, and we built chains based on those connections. I can see doing the same with other broad categories.

I bought Ouisi to play with my mother, who has dementia. I wasn't sure she would enjoy it, but figured it was worth a try. Well, she really surprised me! We played the dominoes-like version of the game, and she made some really clever matches. We had fun and got in a few laughs as well! My sister played it with her at a different time, and said they had some great conversation while they were playing the game. I recommend it for anyone who might think a little differently, for whatever reaso...

I really want to share what I do with the game/activity but I've misplaced it! I've been looking for it for days now....at work, at home, in the car... where could it be? I'm excited to share the experience in the chaplaincy work I have planned and with my family. I'll have to keep looking and be patient and report back later...

This is a great activity to do with my mom who has Alzheimers - since it's often hard to get conversations going - this is a fantastic thing to get her talking. She really enjoyed when I would scan the back and we'd find out what the picture was and where it was taken. I like that there's ways to play without having to follow a lot of rules, since remembering directions can be a challenge! The nature pictures are wonderful, she especially loved shots with animals. I will try one of the others ne...

This is a perfect way to include everyone in family fun time. My adult son with developmental delays can fully participate and enjoy the many games we play with the decks. By following the included game suggestions and/or with a little creativity, one can easily come up with adaptations and other ways to use the cards so that everyone can join in. We build stories, find similarities, create pictures and on and on. I bought my niece 2 decks for her third grade classroom and can’t wait to hear how...
