Its a nice PC worked great I got the full starnderd model after 11mounths still works great bought a 8gb ram card to make a total of 16gb and bougt a storage device to add 5 tb on top of the 465gb it had and I just bought those if you dont mod you wont need them

No problems with the pc it has worked good so far. The only reason why I put the stars so low is because the it took 4 months to get here. Apparently it would've taken even longer if I didn't bug customer service about it.

Took a while to deliver. Not gonna sugarcoat that, but the support team was very commutative about the status of the PC. As of now the PC runs just fine, does everything without issues. My only gripe is the noise… it’s loud, but my mic doesn’t pick it up so it doesn’t bother anyone. All in all, it’s a great performer!

the reason why i gave it 4 star is because it took a really long time before it got shipped so people around me thought it was a scam but i when it got shipped it was home like 5 days later or less.It works really well and runs all my games good and it looks epic.

The pc works great only thing i dislike is you can’t add rgb upgrades like some other pre builds and for how it works the price is a little steep. But other than that it works great and nothing else bad to say

Spent $7700 on a unit which is great. But when you spend that much money on something you wanna be communicated with on a regular basis to ensure everything is running smoothly. After you buy it communication blows, it took a little over a month to get my unit. Customer service need a lot of work communicating through email may be somebody else’s way of communication but not mine. The unit operates good will think twice about this process in the future.

This computer isn’t what I was expecting. I doubt it will perform as advertised. It also took longer than quoted to be built / shipped. Only after I called / emailed was the process started. I have done nothing but upgrade this computer since startup. I am confident I over paid for this computer. Had I done more research and read reviews I wouldn’t have purchased.

Ordered my PC on June 17th and it arrived on December 15th, 2 days shy of 6 months of waiting when I was told 45 business days max. I knew the wait would be longer than the suggested time but I didn't think it'd be 6 months. It sucked but once my PC finally arrived it was well worth the wait. Man you gotta love the cyclone’s capabilities. Idk about this other review but I can tell you it is epic! The cooling fans are completely silent, it runs all my games at peak performance without even a sound. Best pc I have gotten and I plan to stick with it for a lot longer.

On the website, they told me worst case scenario, it would take 2-3 weeks to get my computer, and that includes all of the COVID 19 delays. I bought it on February 18, 2021 and got it may 18, 2021. I get that COVID delays were terrible but 100 days is just ridiculousness! At about 80 days, we called them, and they said I had to again, pay for an additional part that I added to it to have it shipped faster.
