I will give this a 4.05 stars! The only problem I had was the diamonds were popping up a lot and on the bottom left hand corner, of the canvas wasn’t all that sticky. Other then that, it came out beautifully!

Although the final product turned out lovely, this diamond painting was a bit of a mess. Quite a few of the drills kept popping up due to lack of space. The eyes...the eyes were a mess. The symbols for them would not have resulted in what the photo looked like, not even close. So, I had to switch out drills to make them what they should be. I came very, very close to running out of drills on several colors. It's a cute diamond painting but do know the issues you may have with it if ordering.

I’m mostly happy with this picture I made to give to my sister of her beloved dogs…one has passed and the other getting old….and I know she will love it. One of the main colors of one packet top was open wo diamonds in and I thought I’d need to finish, but they do give you lot extra so did not need however they are sending another packet tho I have finished the picture. So far I'm really liking how this one is turning out. The downside is that there were a two sets of similar looking symbols that were next to each other. All the other symbols were otherwise easy to read. Other that the diamonds for the most common color had a lot of defects so hopefully I don't run out. There were many that were different sizes, had dents on the side or on the top, or extra plastic bits sticking out of it.

Half way done! The colours are wonderfully matched and the size recommendation was perfect. The only small complaint I have is the few wrinkles in the adhesive which makes some of the drills not sit flush with the others. Otherwise I love it and will be ordering another custom asap.

I really loved the image and finished product. The rendering was great and the shading made it look like a chalkboard! The only reason I did not give this a five-star rating is that several of the symbols were white against a lighter background so they were difficult to read. The symbols could have been printed in a dark color as the diamonds hide the symbols. However, Jean was gracious enough to send me a digital copy so I could see the symbols much better...thank you Jean!

This was my first time submitting a photo for a diamond art painting. The photo turned out nice (colors, etc.); however, the glue on the canvas was not evenly distributed. Some areas had too much whereas other areas not enough.

So far I’m very happy how my dog diamond pic is going. Honestly I prefer the circle Diamonds and this came with square. There is one spot in the lower right corner that was missing glue and I had to improvise and use a few drop of my now glue. Other then that overall experience was good

Quality is good and delivery on this order was better than previous orders but I sure wish they would ship in protective cardboard rather than bubble-wrap. This order arrived damaged and the canvas was permanently creased in several places, affecting the appearance of the finished piece. Not at all happy with how they ship most of my orders (and I've been buying for a couple years).

It’s coming along! I would give 5 stars at this point but the face on the left has too much red in it so that’s a little off. I love this company though. The kits are usually spot on. This one is just a smidge off, colorwise. But I still love their customs.

I think it looks exactly like the original version sent. If I were to send another I would edit it to lighten it up more. I thought that when you said your professionals would fix it they would have done that. It is a very unique gift that I am giving my daughter, who is their mom.

I don't know who's idea it was to switch the bags you put the diamonds in but it was a VERY BAD decision. There is so much static in those bags it's nearly impossible to get the diamonds out. They go everywhere when they do come out. Bad idea. Switch back to the other bags.

This particular picture is the one I enjoyed painting the most! I give it four stars because it reflects the original picture really well. One star lost because there are a few colors that aren't quite right. Which is easily fixable anyway, specially since I have LOTS of extra drills that I collected from so many previous paintings I made. Overall, really great! Lower price than others, yet still has a good quality of painting. Will recommend!

I was really pleased with this painting. One thing wrong was that I was missing at least two full bags of one of the drills. Luckily I save all my spares and had just enough to finish it. Quality control could be improved.

Customer service, even in these difficult times, has been excellent. Responses were prompt, helpful, and friendly. The painting turned out beautifully. However, there is a problem with the adhesive. It Is not as strong as I think it should be. Drills pop out often. I will either seal it or frame it behind glass. Hopefully that will take care of the problem.
