I sent a review in the customer service address. Jean Daniel is outstanding. I did have a couple of problems with my second picture and the same issues with the third that I am working on now. shadowing way too dark. The arms face and legs looked orange. But she comes through with a solution. She is a great representative!!!!!!! This picture I am working on now is of my son and I. I have had this kit almost a year and I have been looking forward to getting it done I started this painting today and found the grid to be very loose and gaps are very large . I still love the painting but I would love it more with a tighter grid and the drills are ok I have seen better but it's mostly the gaps for me .
