Wonderful! I was able to put it together myself as my husband was out of town when it arrived but I needed it asap! Gate was shipped quickly, Gate arrived damaged, customer service was wonderful they sent a replacement quickly and were wonderful to work with as well …. Best one I’ve purchased… and best of all my very agile whippet cannot jump over it anymore to get to the open front door !!!! Yeah !

This "CAT" Gate is AWESOME! It installs with pressure only - no drilling or holes. It couldn't have been any easier to put in the doorway, and they sell panels for extending the gate for larger areas. It's so easy to go in and out of. This gate is truly the best!!!

My old English sheepdog has a herniated disc and is not to go up or downstairs. I purchased this fairy baby gate. It’s great. It fits the wide width (two different ones due to baseboards) is easy to open and doesn’t mark walls. At first there was a mix up to the side panels too large BUT fairybaby fixed the problem immediately by sending two smaller ones out. Greatly recommend company and product. S Kravitz

We purchased two gates to turn our living room into a play area for our son. Couldn’t be happier with them and after we received the order we realized one of them didn’t fit, they sent a replacement extension piece to fix the problem within days for no extra charge. That’s customer service at its finest and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a gate.

Great gate! Easy to put together and sturdy! Our golden retriever pup is always trying to get over or through it but so far she hasn’t been able to! It was difficult to find a gate long enough to close off our room but this was an exceptional find.

Customer service was fantastic! The gate is sturdy and exactly what we needed to keep our four cats out of an open office area upstairs. Fairbaby even included extra bars for the edges because OF COURSE one of my cats stuck his head in (his body wouldn’t fit, lol) Now he can’t get his head in and we are happy! This is a must for cat owners who need some parts of their home off limits to our furry feline friends!

The first gate I bought (order #17612) was too tall for my cats to jump. My daughter now has that one in her house. Your customer service told me about the gate with the cat door which I had not seen. (Order #18075). That one was perfect!! The quality is excellent and we are very pleased. Our large Alaskan Malamute respects the barrier. We are now considering another gate for our deck without the cat door.

Purchased the gate to keep kittens and granddaughter from going upstairs. It was easy to install once my husband and I were able to figure out the best configuration of rids for the space. The kittens actually got through at first because they could squeeze through without an extra rod to the left. We solved that quickly by zip-tie with the holes on the rod until we have time to get it permanently fixed again. Sturdy..very pleased.

We have a very wide (76 inches) double window and I wasn’t sure what safety solution would work but this did the trick with three pieces. It looks great and is heavy-duty, and while easy to install (and easy to remove) doesn’t budge.

We have a jumper. Our dog was able to jump over our original standard size gate as well as easily mess up the gate when she would jump on it. This gate is just wonderful. She no longer even tries to jump on the gate. The gate is also very well made and nice and sturdy

Love this baby gate! Was easy to install (well, for my hubby!) and has been a game changer with two big dogs and a 3 month old. It’s heavy duty so it does take a bit of strength to open and close. Love the height so I don’t have to bend down. Will order another. Tip: when installing keep the zip tie connected on the gate.

I purchased the tall gate to keep my extremely large German Shepherd from the windows in the sunroom of my home. As with most German Shepherds he's very protective and if he sees people walking in front of the property he will lunge at the windows this is worked like a charm. It is very well made. Best purchase I’ve ever made! This gate keeps our kittens out of our kitchen when we need to prop our front door for deliveries or cook. We had one piece that went and not only did Fairybaby get right back to us, and not only did they replace the part we needed at NO CHARGE, but they got it to us immediately and included several more of the same piece in the off chance it broke again. This gate is exactly what I need. I have a bedroom with no door next to my big bathroom, and I foster cats from an outside colony. I want to keep the cats in the big bathroom and want to let them out but keep them from going into the bedroom. I got the 55" gate and it was plenty tall to keep the cats from even trying to jump it. It is sturdy and these outdoor cats don't even try and push against it.

This date fit our needs perfectly. Our small-medium dog (approximately 20 pounds has somewhat tall legs but a small torso and cannot fit through the cat door. However, if she gets a bit more bold, we still have space to reduce the opening for the cat. We love how the gate automatically closes so you don’t have to remember to slam it shut. We are at the threshold of needing an additional extension with our 35 inch doorway, but it is working just great with the single bar extension at this point.

It does great for the purpose it was intended for, to keep dogs that can jump high out of the room.. but it does not keep cats out 😂.
