I ordered this because I needed a gate 96”…this barely fit in the spot we needed it in…it certainly didn’t measure 100”. However I love the self closing feature of gate and it does contain my 2 rambunctious mini poodles!

The gate is nice and sturdy; however, we are having a problem with the door itself. It wouldn’t connect to close properly and as a result the door comes off the hinges when you open it. You have to be careful opening it or it will just pop off. We had to rig it to be able to connect with the latch. I paid a lot of money for this thing not to be perfect. Don’t know what else to do.

The button on the bottom of the door sticks in. I have to lift the door to close it.. if you let it close on it's own , the button sticks in and I have use a knife and a pair of pliers to get the button out of the door so I can lock the bottom of the door. This happened the first day I got the gate. I expected better for a gate that I paid $388.00 for.
