It arrived carefully packaged and I was impressed with the quality of the hardware and sturdiness of the construction. It even comes with little feet attachments for added stability. I told customer service about my opening, which was a little unusual, causing me to be unsure of which width to choose. Kittens or fatter cats can easily pass through the small door, dogs can't, this door is very suitable for people with small children and small pets in the house.

My cat always goes and steals guinea pig hay, he has had 2 intestinal blockages because of this, and he still does it after a doctor's appointment, apparently he doesn't associate stealing hay with going to the hospital, and it bothers me! Now with this door my worries are finally over!

This door fit my opening perfectly, I turned the screws to the right length before I cut the rolled tape and soon I was done, last time I cut the rolled tape early and when I turned the door over I saw the cue that said “don't cut the rolled tape”,🙃 I hope this helps.

I took a chance on putting this on my double French doors..it's against the the door frame on one side and the other is butted up against the closed French door side. It's holding really well. No movement at all... I did anchor it to door with hook and zip tie...just in case it moves. I don't want it falling..but miraculously it's so stable especially with that bottom piece I doubt it would fall with normal use...but just to be safe...I anchored it

This gate was exactly as advertised, the measurements were accurate. We use it to block off a doorway for our growing lab puppy who could jump up on a shorter barrier. Installation is simple, the parts are quality and when set up, it's very strong. I really like that the door opens both directions, our old one didn't.

good for about 3 months until the latch pops out of the hing. now I have to be very very careful when opening the door it doesnt fall off. Like when my 5yr fell threw the door trying lift and open it.

Nice paneled gate for non intrusive pets or at least small pets that are tame mellow. This is such a unique gate with the acrylic peek though. I pulled this out immediately when it showed and thankfully no damages to mine. It’s working great for my Pomchi to keep his little butt out of the space I don’t want him by. Only wish it was more affordable.
