That being hair was so much softer than usual. I have dyed hair (for years) it can become dry and feel yuk. I am loving this product however I would actually prefer tablet form rather than powder. It is an acquired taste (it's awful) lol but I am taking daily and appreciate the benefits to my body functions.

Yes I have been taking the product daily 1st thing in the morning - making it as a small luke warm drink.
However it will not be lasting me 3months - possibly 2months.
Difficult to feel its effectiveness, however do know the benefits, as I am & have been very much into quality plus nutrition for maintaining all round wellness.
