The photo turned out better than I could have imagined. The only problem I encountered was trying to delete a portrait I decided not to get. The delete item button doesn’t work online so I left the site and came back a couple of weeks later to “clear” my cart and order what I wanted. I have encountered this problem a couple of times. It is very annoying. However, the portrait itself was beautiful!

Received this picture 20 or so days after ordering. It is high quality and there is a brush stroke effect applied to the faces so it looks like it was actually painted. I wish I went with the larger size portrait as the hand is cut off with the smaller size. Funny gift, definitely worth it.

Well my experience is a little awkward. The painting intended as a gift for a friend. However, the first one sent was poorly finished at the corner folds. Totally unusable. I raised a complaint. It was dealt with swiftly. A replacement was ordered free of charge. A few weeks later the second one arrived. However, this was poorly finished too. Very disappointing. Again I raised a complaint. Third time lucky and the finished painting was perfect. I love it. But it arrived too late for the birthday...

Absolutely wonderful! Not only did they work with me on the revisions I requested, but the ENTIRE process was super easy and painless! I will be telling everyone I know how awesome this is.
