I ordered in late January 2021 and received the order approximately 4 weeks later. Considering that included COVID, Valentine’s Day, and several winter storms, that is impressive. While the website did not give much information, I emailed several times and received prompt and helpful replies. I gave the canvas portrait as a gift today and the recipient loved it!

After a few issues with the quality of photographs submitted the designers were able to utilize a couple. The one's they chose were perfect for the image I had chosen from their gallery. I received the portrait in a reasonable time and it looks wonderful. Our heads upon those gallery forms appears most normal and the image has been shared on Facebook with many likes.
