I had a minor issue with a pair of boots that I bought and simply expected some sort of plan to fix said defect. When I was contacted back I was surprised with how well this company set out to care for their customers. I’ve been looking for a reputable boot brand with great customer service(forever), and believe I have found it. These seem to be made out of solid materials and I plan to order many more pairs. Most comfortable boots i e ever bought. I weigh 270lbs and wear them everyday on concrete and in positions where the boots get twisted and abused. My first pair broke the back support out but still comfortable. Duro dero sent me a new pair and I will always buy from this company

Good fit true to size. 2 areas of loose stitching out of the box…we’ll see how that wears in. Insole comfort is just OK… I ordered the pro orthotic insoles to see if that makes it better. Will send an update once I get them installed. But overall, it’s a good quality boot for the price.

I ordered a 13 typical size wore for 3 days , seemed a little loose contacted customer support to find out my options, they advised they were. Great boots with great customer service. Pretty similar to the Thorogood equivalent. Better bang for your buck especially if you consider the re-sole. The only downside is that they are not made in the US.

My son wears a 13 EE. I ordered a New Fargo 13 Wide which they say is a EEE. His foot would not even go in the boot it was so narrow. I called and was told that I would need to order a different style that came in the original wide fit. If his foot won't even go on this boot I felt it hopeless to even try a style in there original wide fit. A 3E should be a 3E.

First off, double check the "find your shoe size" app. I followed the directions and it said my foot was 11.1 inches long and to order a size 13. Overall the boots is very comfortable, the AI fitting tool also worked better than expected. I was nervous that it would be too tight but it fits like a gloves with just a bit of spare room.
