I felt so self conscious about my feet as they were so dry and cracked. One of the best beauty purchases I've ever made.! Anytime any part of my skin feels dull or I get a blemish I use it. If I get a painful pimple, I hold it there a bit longer. Make sure when you turn it in to turn it up a bit until you can see a slight glow then you can lower the power. I currently use it at level 1.
