I'm 6' 1 170lbs and XL fit's perfectly. an XXL would have probably looked ok too, especially with a hoodie or something, but XL fits perfectly. I love this jacket because it feels light and silky. It's perfect for a lite jacket in cool temps. It's definitely not a winter jacket so don't buy this if that's what you're looking for. This is more like a hoodie replacement. The only small issue I had with the jacket was the sizing and to be fair to Koisea, they do mention it on their website that the sizes are as per Asian standards and you may need to order a larger one.
