Really enjoyed the cart so far. Seems very well made and the cart runs great. However, the cup holder is junk. Need to come up with a better option. But other than that, very well worth the price.

Finally joined the old men’s league and got my V2. Without a doubt it arrived with worst assembly directions I’ve ever encountered. This included the You Tube version. I’m fairly mechanical but had to give up and get the help from a buddy with the same model. Once assembled this is absolutely the greatest addition to my game since I retired my persimmon driver. Put it on my Clicgear cart and probably have ten rounds in. Runs like a dream and half the price of the others!

I am a V2 user that upgraded to the Cybercart and my expectations were far exceeded. I think this is the best cart on the market and would highly recommend this to anyone who likes to walk.

Does everything I hoped it would do and allows my legs to be able play much better on day #2 and #3 when I choose to play consecutive days. "Wheelies" are excellent and make a big difference on hills. Courses I play are hilly and tend to have a large footprint thus, the battery needs to be recharged after each round as only 20% - 40% remains. Have used for 2 rounds so far, and absolutely love it. It is exactly what I wanted and much more affordable than comparable brands. The wide rear wheelbase makes it very stable, moreso I think than other brands. Every aspect of the V2 upgrade is as advertised expect the remote. The gyro, hill braking all works great but the remote needs a lot of work. From the attachment; a real pain; to the shape and manufacturing; the bottom edges are too sharp and feels uncomfortable. Please offer a motherboard upgrade to the original remote like the V2 upgrade kit!

This add on provides improvements to the original clicgear. Greater mobility because the cart turns more easily without the friction of having to drag the front while while turning….. probably helps with the battery. Also provides more stability as the foot print is wider.

I was pleasantly surprised with all the new features and ease of use of my new cart caddy. It is A little heavy to lift into the car, but fits nice and compact into one space and I feel I have more trunk space. Love the way the cart stays online and moves easily. Glad I upgraded. Just waiting for the new seat design to come out and I'll be set!

I tried this for the first time in mid December in Massachusetts. I walked a rather hilly course and the sidekick had my cart right next to me. I had no fatigue after 18 holes and the cart followed me wherever I went. It was such a great day on the course and can’t wait to use it again.

I would suggest a website improvement. When I converted my clickgear , the brackets I bought did not come with the extension for the anti tip wheels. To me, this was not clear from my website purchase. I had assumed that the extension was part of the bracket assembly, as I did not encounter a suggestion to purchase them when I selected the brackets.

I previously owned the V2 with a Sun Mountain cart for 2 years. I sold that to a friend and went with the V2/Cart combo by Alphard in November of this year. I can tell a lot of thought went into this product. Setup was a snap. The brackets fit snug on the improved bar coating. And the cart itself has everything you need! I constantly get questions from other members at the course about the V2. So much so, that 6 other guys have bought one for their current push carts!

I used a push cart for years thinking it was not bad. Using the CBSK and the V2 is so much better. It is a much better round of golf not pushing a cart and you still get a good walk in.

I’ve been using my club booster v2 since May 2023 and it is awesome. I play at least 4 times a week in the summer and I have yet to ride in a cart because of this. I love being able to walk at my own pace and not have to push a bag around especially on some of our hot and humid Cape Cod days. My home course has a lot of steep inclines and declines and I have only found a couple of places that the cart will struggle getting up. The swivel conversion is a nice upgrade to the clicgear 3 wheel cart. I love the engineering that went into this piece that allows the cart to function as it originally did and folds up perfectly. However there have been a couple of flaws that have emerged that aren’t a big deal, but I had to fix them. First one was that the screws provided to attach it to the cart stripped out. I ordered rubber pads at the same time I ordered the wheely tube. The rubber pads were for the clamps and I really appreciate that you included a link to explain how to install them. Otherwise I would have had a very difficult time with the install. Thanks!! Now the clamps work so much better with the new pads!

The charging port on my V1 needed to be replaced after years of use. The part was available, reasonably priced, and pretty straightforward to install. Since I own two V1s, I bought a spare!

Excellent customer service. I had to replace the scorecard holder lid on my Omni cart. The item was on back order. Customer Service called me back to let me know when the item was back in stock so that I didn't have to ping the website everyday. That's service!!!!

Called your technician service department asking how I could repair the sag I was having in the main body of my V2 when I extended the wheels and address play I was having in both wheels. I was instructed to purchase the following parts, axle tubes, axle tube rings and half tub plug bottom and top. I added the wheelie bars because I play a hilly courses in the NW. It is added insurance going up the steeper hills. The cart is so stable with my Bag Boy Quad cart. I like the swivel kit compared to the single wheel because it makes the whole unit turn much easier. The single wheel, especially on pavement, caused a lot of friction with the surface. In the longer term it would cause more wear and tear on the front wheel.
