I am so glad that as a member of the Lineup Whiskey club i got a chance to get me a couple of these bottles. Yes, they are very sweet, but they have their place. It pairs really nicely with a bold cigar. It's one of those bottles you can share with anyone and have a good time. It's one of the most flavorful lower proofed bottles i've tried in a good while. They have done a great job!

Nulu delivers with this 124 proof single barrel bourbon finished 8 months in maple brulee barrels. You get the nice maple sweetness on the front plate that is well balanced and not overly sweet. The higher proof brings down some of the sweetness. Mid palate is rounded out by nice oak, vanilla, and baking spices. Finish is nice and warm, sweetness and a bit of oak carry through. Overall solid pick, balanced, one of my favorite maple finishes I've tried.

At under $30 it's definitely one of the absolute best pick ups at the price point. We have blinded this against many more expensive bottles and it always does very well in comparison. Old Grandad is a solid staple. You can find it easily and also sip neat which is rare for a product at this price point. I will always have a bottle of this around in my bar , makes blind tasting much more fun !! Highly recommended to anyone on the fence and not sure.

Bravissimo! Michter's is once again why it is one of the most reliable distilleries ever. Even at the lower proof of this bottle, it still delivered a phenomenal full bodied experience! While I have not had a bad Penelope yet, this one is absolutely a fantastic option. This 10 year is robust, flavorful but not overpowering. It was delicately produced to please both beginners and enthusiasts alike. I have not met a single person that has not enjoyed it .
