This is a “BIG” Cacao bar! I love the rich taste and I experimented with combining it with few pieces from my Cacao tin “Air” element . It was soooo delicious! I love the fact that I can cut up bunch ahead of time and keep it in my glass container for my morning rituals and I have plenty of left for another time. I’m curious to see how long it will last me. I enjoy my cacao in lightly heated water with maple syrup to sweeten it. Although I love the cacao in bar form, it becomes tedious and a little messy trying to cut, weigh and deal with the tiny shavings and bits that get on the counter no matter how careful I am. The granulated cacao makes it effortless and so easy - all I need is a tablespoon and my submersion blender!

I was gifted these by my husband and continue to buy them when I run out. I drink hot chocolate, every morning, (for more than 20 years). Usually just cacao powder in hot water. Sometimes I add additional flavors, but never sugar/sweeteners. I adore this chocolate I have tried both bars and tins. I prefer the tins. I love the creaminess of the chocolate. I think the balance of chocolate to spice is absolutely perfect. I couldn’t improve on this product. Spot on !

Fantastic deep complex flavor. We used this with a raw honey and milk for the first ceremony and completely had our heart chakra find joy in this beautiful cacao! I am thrilled to say I have finally found ceremonial grade Cacao. We tried the cacao with a raw honey and milk the first time and second ceremony we used maple for our sweetener. The bars were all so different and complex. My favorite is the Cardamon Rose and second would be Matcha. Velvet smooth and divine flavors.
