I found the effects very soothing and relaxing. My head felt clearer and I was sharp all day. I think I do not to find a way to cut down on the bitter taste until I get used to it however.

Love all your products, although I felt like there has been too much of a kick in both the earth and fire element cacaos. Kinda overwhelming. Gonna be switching to the regular or the ones without any heat for now.
