This is the first ceremonial cacao I have had so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I will say I enjoyed making and drinking this cacao very much, I was surprised how good it was made with only water. I added about a Tablespoon of Unrefined sugar. drinking this felt deeply nourishing and made me happy!
