I purchased this blanket for my Grandson who is severely disabled and likes to take his blanket outside.
I would like to suggest a different packaging for those people buying for NDIS reasons as it was quite confronting and I had to remove all advertising frim the package before I could gift it.
Perhaps just a check box at the checkout indicating if its for NDIS participants so you are able to put plain advertising in the package instead of the usual.

Great texture, doesn't feel plasticky or "water proof" at all, and holds a surprising amount of liquid!
If it gets oversaturated it just doesn't absorb and creates a puddle (won't go through to the other side), if you get a large size and make sure the ehem... Activities are in the middle ish, you'll be completely safe! Definitely worth the purchase even just so that you can be more present in the moment without worrying about ruining your sheets
