I used these on a 90 Ezgo Marathon (3PG). They bolted right up with no modifications. However, I did have to fabricate a plate to lower the brake cable frame mounting. Works great for getting that extra clearance that you need. Thanks Vegas Carts!

The kit went just as easy as they explained. No cutting or modifications needed. You will have to adjust your carb if you want to get the most power out of it, but when tou, hold on, she will fly... The customer service was awesome, I did have a few questions which they answered right away. Great guys and a great company to deal with..

This clutch is awesome, point blank. I had a Comet in here before and had chatter and just a pain. Spoke with Geoff and got a CVTech super quick and it's like a whole new cart.

With the installation instructions this kit was a breeze. Some mechanical knowledge and common sense help as a few steps needed a little more modifications then what was specified and I did a few extra precautions myself with the throttle cable and spring.. I do wish the exhaust was a little better set up and I may modify more @ a later time but it is fully functional.

Was thinking of buying one of the h.f. 420's, but I love assembling things, and the extra hp of this 460 kit is a bonus. You'll need some mechanical skills, or interest in learning them to assemble, but it's fairly easy.

I needed to power a high volume water pump, diver air compressor and hot water exchanger for my gold dredge, the stock engines available in the weight range I could float on the dredge (80-90 lbs) just didn't have the torque/HP I needed so the solution was to use a modified GX390 to get the power I needed for the job. Not only did I get the power but I also got a lot more reliability that I've gotten in the past from a stock GX390 pulling a large load for hours of time - Rods just didn't hold up...

The Kit itself is good quality; the mounting plate fits perfect. Unfortunaly if you still want to run the golf cart as a golf cart you have to be creative to either rewire a lot or like I did add the old Starter generator, it works fine with the 2025 Predator engine, all the wires can be used.
I give only 4 stars do to the fact that the exhaust pipe was wrong bend so I had to reweld the holder and the spring on the 2025 engine is longer so I could not use the provided holder, and for the real St...

Kit installed well and works good. Just had one small problem. The kit came with 2 new studs for the carb that were the same length as my original studs. Most likely the wrong parts were added to the kit. (See pic) I didn't want to wait for the correct studs to come so I used a tap and thread the original studs then cut them to length so I could mount the supplied air cleaner. The kit was well made and put together very well. There were minor tweaks that were needed. The muffler and tail pipe adapter do not come painted. For the price I feel they should be painted with high temp paint. Customer service was responsive but not helpful. If you run in to an issue you will get the typical “we never had this happen before” response. The clutch was high quality. Overall I am happy with the kit I just feel it is over priced.

I can't understand why this is such a special belt (hard to find) but I am glad Vegas carts had it. So far it holds up to the heat (mines close to the exhaust) and the slow parade speed to the high speed on the city streets. I will say it is worth the cost.

This key switch is top notch and high quality. I should have just ordered the key switch though and not the harness since I had to cut most of the harness off and rewire myself. I didn’t realize Vegas Cart Parts sold the key switch by itself.
