Customer review I ordered my 625 early in 2018 but didn't get a chance to install it until June. After contacting Vegas Carts with a install question, I was notified a better coil was now being installed and all newer 625s were coming with it. They were kind enough to send it to me for the cost of shipping only. 625 cc kit Awesome kit! Gave me the low end power i was looking for and top end speed of 34 with gps and a good cruising speed of 29-30. Take your time and install it correctly and you will be pleased with the results. Also if you need help or have a question Vegas answers them fast! Best damn thing I have done to my club car

Old dog new tricks I don’t typically write a whole lot of reviews, but this is cause for an exception. Replaced a very tired stock Robin engine, I expected this to be a much more involved conversion but LITERALLY everything you need is here and done incredibly well. I didnt do this to have a speed demon or replace a UTV and seriously considered the VG engine but ended up opting to just use a HF clone. When I saw the beta test release of the 625, I called and talked to Aaron as I was doing my first build, and I was set on going with a vtwin vangaurd, he convinced me, rather easily to go with the VC 625. Packaging was awesome, came on time. A must have I did the 420 swap and used my stock clutch. When it decided to sling itself apart (only a matter of time ) I swapped to the 780R what a difference! Does not require the crankshaft To be cut .the the starter/generator can be installed without having to space it over, the engine can actually be centered in the cart, and it grabbs so much harder than the stock unit.

Great Carb and Service Carb came quickly and worked great. (It has a plastic cap on idle mixture screw which you can remove by heating with a soldering gun). I have placed 4 orders with Vegas Carts (cam, exhaust, etc) and they have been great to work with. When I have technical questions they have been courteous and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for?

Fast delivery and great service...….. Order came in much sooner than I thought it would, it was short the muffler but once I let customer service know they sent one out that day which was received a couple days later. Kit came with everything I needed to stab in the Predator 420cc motor in my cart (with some small changes). Cart runs strong and fast now.

The wiring harness made it so much easier installing the start switch. The one thing that you should change is to made the muffler quieter. I think it is a little bit to loud. If you come out with a new muffler that is quieter let me know. The engine has a lot of power, which I will have to get use to. So far I am very please with the engine. Robert Berthold

Kit came nicely packed, nothing damaged. Assembly is fairly easy (if youve done this type of thing before). All the required hardware is included and the instructions are very easy to follow. Some minor modifications were required, but that is to be expected with any aftermarket kit being used.

625cc 23 HP - Great engine for golf carts Put in my 2003 Yamaha G22, the engine is awesome. I'm driving around the golf course at 35 to 40 mph. The kit is the way to go, very easy to install, instructions are detailed, well worth the money. This company has it figured out.

Awesome engine replacement Easy to install engine upgrade. Good power and easy to operate. Personally I wish it was a little quieter. But it runs and operates perfectly. Took me a little while to figure out the wiring. But I’m sure now that I have done one I could do the whole install in 4hours. Definitely a big improvement over the stock engine. 625cc 23HP Big Block Engine I got one of these 625cc 23HP Big Block Engine Upgrade Kit motors for my 2001 Yamaha G16 golf cart. Old motor was worn out. One of the best thing I ever did. The motor is awesome with plenty power. If your thinking about getting one of these motors my advise is, go for it. Very happy with the purchase and install was easy.

420 Predator swap on 1990 G9 I used the engine plate, s/g bracket, belt kit, throttle bracket, and pulse fitting for my 420 swap. I am extremely pleased with the top notch quality and design of these parts. I did buy the cone filter and adapter but, they would not fit on my particular applacation(G9) i would strongly recommend Vegas carts for any and all engine swaps. Heavy Duty Chromoly Pushrods in Lifan 420 Worked great but I had to purchase a different guide plate from Vegas Carts because these pushrods are larger diameter than the stock ones so the original guide plate would not work.

Bought this as a replacement for my ezgo golf cart. Pretty basic engine kit, and pretty basic build. Engine fired right up, and has never missed a beat. Love the torque! No comparison to stock cart engines. We have a pretty steep hill down to the lake where our boat is kept, and when loaded up with 4 people and all our gear for a day on the lake, this engine barely even tries. Very happy with the additional power. Sounds good too!

Love your product but you need come up with a switch to engine wiring harnesses to make it easier for your products ,I would have paid $100 for a water proof connection that was a plug and play

Very happy Love the install kit for the 670 Predator v twin. Emailed Aaron back and forth several times before purchasing and he was quick to reply with answers. Took less than a week to receive, easy to install and instructiones were very clear, even had info on how to bypass governor spring with a welding rod which was essential to lower the idle and increase the rpms. My advice is get their tach or something similar immediately if you plan on pushing the revs, valves can start to float around...

Great performance too loud I had very little trouble installing and getting this upgrade running. The quality of the machined components is impressive( I work around a machine shop alot). Online directions were accurate and dependable. The cart goes way faster than I need for getting around town. However it is too loud for my purposes. Drive belt fit The belt I ordered was on back order but there was a note sent with my other parts to let me know that the belt would be on another delivery. I called vegascarts and the person that I spoke to was VERY upbeat and informative! My belt came in within a couple days and was a perfect fit! Header review I received the header kit in a few short days, it was packaged nicely. The kit was complete and I found the pipes to be extra thick and of high quality. The bends were not kinked and the pipe was not scored or marred. The thickness of the pipes made it sturdy once installed and it was easy to weld! Great product!!

Easy to install.... mostly. My son and I had this installed in a day, we did the tear down earlier. For the most part this is a drop in and bolt on. The header/muffler was the most difficult, like a puzzle. Some of the wires you have to tie into are nearly impossible to reach and if I knew that, I would have extended them before I dropped the beast in. Runs great, sounds good but I may be looking for a new muffler to quiet it down a bit.
