I have been using Vermont Gloves for over 2 years now and still think they are the best gloves available. They are extremely durable and provide excellent hand protection and puncture resistance. They are also quite comfortable to wear. I have used other gloves from different manufacturers and no one comes close. I am a towboat deckhand. I carry and work with metal cables (wires) and a variety of other things that can cause hand injury with out proper protection.

These are a wonderful work glove. Especially after treating them with the neatsfoot oil. Even though the gloves are quite thick they are soft. I required a modification to my left glove due to a stupid table saw accident. I added a note to remove the left pinky finger. I was called to verify the change and shortly had my ‘custom’ gloves. Very happy with this purchase.

Vermont Gloves are the best ever for working on all kinds of projects. I gave my wife a gift card for the custom gloves which she loves. I admired them so much she gave me a pair! Keep up the good work. Thank to all the folks that make the gloves.

These are tough gloves that take a while to break in. They aren’t the thin box store gloves that fit ok and last a few weeks. These require a break in they will last a long time. I am very pleased and feel like I got a great deal despite the higher price. I will own more pairs for sure if these ever wear out. Who knows when or if that will ever happen.

the last pair I bought was for special friend who is fighting breast cancer. She is the hardest working woman I know. She her self cuts and splits all the fire wood needed for her three family groups as well as our needs for three stoves. She cried when she got your gloves . These are the most comfortable pair of gloves I’ve ever owned. Having gone the best spoke route, I’d highly suggest it to anyone in need of a pair of gloves that will last. Great gloves. Honestly felt a little wonky right out of the box. However, after following instructions, seasoning the gloves with provided oil, and using for a few weeks….I find the fit and finish incredible. I need to protect my hands as I work with them daily. So far I love these gloves to wear on the tractor or with hand tools because they give me more feel. They are tighter across the back than the heavier ones but they are breaking in. No regrets

I had a tear in one of my gloves from moving a large tripod deer stand and the stitching was coming out of the other glove near the thumb. Sent them to be repaired and they are all fixed. I have been using them almost daily and the repairs are doing great.

As great as the gloves are (and early use shows them to be soft yet strong) the customer support by Vermont Glove makes the 5 Star recommendation a no-brainer. They care about you from the beginning through after the sale and always want to make sure you are well taken care of. So far, I have used the gloves for some heavy yard clean-up, and they are the only gloves that have let me manhandle blackberry vines without any incident. Highly recommended.

In short, these customs gloves.... well they fit like a glove! Hands down the best pair of heavy leather work gloves I have ever used. Assuming the durability is as good as the fit and finish, I will continue to buy these as needed in the future.

These are the only gloves that successfully stood up to huge thorns on enormous blackberry stalks and black locust trees. However they do get scarfed up under that environment so regular "oiling" is a must to keep them from drying out and becoming less immune to those nasty thorns.

The first pair I ordered were still too long for my short little fingers. When I returned them I was told they could custom adjust the fingers. After sending a tracing of my hand, a second pair of custom gloves arrived after a very short time. They are perfect! A huge thank you for the personalized customer service. It is such a joy to use such high quality gloves. I have been using them in the garden for the last few weeks and I can't say enough about how much I love them.

I absolutely love the fit and the leather is so soft. Just an added bonus to have my initials on both of my gloves so I know they are mine. I wear gloves when doing all things, but most of all with the horse hay. These gloves will definitely stand up to any and all things I need in order to protect my hands. Grateful for a wonderful son in law because this year’s Christmas gift was PERFECT!

If you are hesitating about a hundred bucks on work gloves just buy them. You can't compare Vermont Gloves to what you will find on a hardware store rack. A truly superior product made in USA.

These are great so far. The AI fit assist worked great and a medium size was perfect for me. Snug (not tight) and forming to my hands already. What really surprised me is how soft the inside of the gloves are. I use them daily on construction sites and so far they’re holding up well. I am curious to see how long they last compared to cheaper big box store gloves, but I will always choose to support a small, US made company regardless.

I've been looking for a glove/mitten since my neck surgery in 2019 that affected my hand circulation. These Vermont Jefflos are the exact thing I've been looking for. Tried many gloves but nothing cuts that stinging cold like these and when I couple them with a light merino glove underneath there's nothing like it. Seems very durable and comfortable! In my opinion, they run just a bit large for the size. If you’re in between sizes and not getting the liner I would advise to size down, at least for the Vermonter version. Great product!

Best work gloves I've ever owned. Deconstructed a barn and moved several tons of lumber and construction debris over a weekend and gloves still look brand new. Price point is high but may be worth it in the long run based on comfort and durability.

I’m blown away (again) by the quality and durability of Vermont Gloves! I used and abused my first pair for years and when I finally sent them in for a tiny hole in one finger the repairs were amazing! I bought a second pair to have while the repairs were being done: same amazing quality. I’m a builder and part time farmer and will never buy work gloves from anyone else again! Thank you!

This is my third pair of gloves from Vermont plus two pair I sent as gifts to family in England. Quality and fit is outstanding, they last a long time, and somehow they just feel good to wear. I have two pair I bought a size large to put liners in for winter. The liners Vermont sells are good but they specifically are designed to fit tight to your hand, i.e. when you take them off they pull out of the leather glove. I burn through several pairs of cheap gloves every year and couldn't convince myself to spend the extra on these gloves. I should've done it so much sooner. These gloves are quality and will last a long time. I had them add loops to the inside for me for me to clip them together to my stuff, which they did at no charge. I also bought a set for each of my sons so they can have the same quality gloves.

I bought a pair for myself to use with the firewood. They've held up great, and show some wear and tear, but never tear through! My hands would have had that wear and tear instead. I've bought them for my wife and all my 4 kids. We all really dig them, whether it's for firewood, yard work, feeding the bunnies in the winter, or a good snowball fight. Please do not ever change them. Ever. These gloves rock, hands down.
