First, even though I had ordered a L/Short, what I had received was an XL/Short. Which turned out to be great because I like my gloves to fit loose, and the XL was ideal for me. The S/Short was for my wife. She likes her gloves to be snug and this pair was too loose for her. So her gloves were exchanged, very easily, for XS/short. Those fit her well. I needed a good pair of real leather work gloves, as I often volunteer to clean up public garden spaces in my community. I came across Vermont Gloves, and decided to give them a try. I LOVE THEM!
