I'd have Givin five stars but it was shipped USPS. It took what seemed to be forever to finally arrive at the destination. USPS tracking is convoluted and very hard to FOLLOW. I need to stay home for a week straight so the postal service wouldn't leave an almost $2000 package sitting unattended on my porch.

Good friendly service and their price was great I only gave them four stars because of their shipping, they use USPS and they are extremely slow, it took me over a week to receive my unit. I would suggest that in the future they look into FedEx ground by UPS much more reliable and quicker.

When I first received the Inogen one, G5 oxygen concentrator it had a funny odor that smelled like something was burning and caused a metallic taste in my mouth. But the company stood behind the product and replaced it immediately. I’m happy to say the second one had no problems whatsoever. I did have a little trouble Reaching them by phone, but I figured out that they always respond to chat so use that for any problems.

My G5 came in ok but could not sink it with the phone app that I installed per the instructions. It need a Qr code which I never received. Not really a big deal I guess. The machine seems to run ok and my oxy levels are in the mid 90's with the machine running on level 2 so I'm a happy camper and got a good deal from RA Supply. My Inogen One G5 with double battery was having charging issues and it wasn’t the charger cords but it’s a problem where the charger cord plugs into the port on the INOGEN!!!! I have emailed the company and even called them and left several voicemails asking them to respond back by email or phone! I sent my machine back to them for them to either replace, repair or refund me my money in full! And I still haven’t heard back from them yet!!!!!
