I love unit but I don’tl like the flip top and it’stoo easy for unit to slide out. I also aren’t sure about tube coming straight up instead of sideways. I’m on 2L and Unit isn’t going to give me 13 hours. It must be rated on 1L. But it’s better than 8 hours with my G3. I’ve texted several times to let you know I never received an invoice with QR scan nor any code. As a result I am unable to pair my phone with the unit. Please furnish such so I can pair my units. Received the G5 concentrator in fast time, charged he battery and started the machine. It works good, and although it is a little heavy with the large battery in it, it still beats a bottle being drug around with you. It has easy to understand instructions and it a good investment if you are on oxygen. I highly recommend the company if you need one of these, as they beet all other competition's prices.

My new Inogen One G5 has been a life changer for me! I am basically on continuous flow 24/7 and did not breath deep enough to provide pulse dose breaths on my previous machine. I paurcased these replacement Inogen G3 columns from R.A. and they arrived in just four days. They arrived in a sealed Inogen box which included the tool for prying the old columns out. The whole replacement took less than five minutes, not counting the time required to reset the timer memory, which took about a minute. The compressor pump is definitely much quieter than the rental I got. Happy with that. The pulsing sound is so irritating. I haven’t looked into if there is some kind of muffler or silencer. It sure needs one.

At first I was concerned about buying this Inogen because the price was so low. I figured there must be something wrong with it. But there wasn't! Even tho it was an 'open box' the items inside were still in their original plastic wraps. I'm very happy with it, especially the bigger battery that lasts forever :) If I don't use it for a day or two the battery only drops 1% each day - a lot better than another one that I had with a smaller battery that would die within a day.

My unit arrived and there were no problems with it, and was brand new! The price was the lowest I found, and there were no extra annual fees for maintenance that the other companies mandated (bronze, silver, and gold). The free warranty was also longer than the competition.
