I have had so many ups and downs, good weeks and bad weeks during this 5 months. I still struggle with controlling my cravings and binge eating, but I will get there. Whats great about this tea is that if you do already eat healthily and participate in sport/daily exercise than you should have the material for a toned tummy even if its hiding so the tea in conjunction with this really is the finishing touch up!
