The first one I bought was for myself. After a few weeks of reading and writing in it I began to feel a very interesting shift. As I was getting close to hosting my wellness retreat I was looking for different things to put in the retreaters gift bags aligned to what the theme of the retreat was and with who I am, I thought this would be a great addition.
