The book is OK, it contains a genuine amount of esoteric information a little smattering of everything. You would have to go in depth to learn how to meditate and tap your super consciousness if you didn’t know how when reading the book I am enjoying the book it’s nice that it’s all in between two covers front and back and it’s easy to read, in some places it’s kind of vague but it’s a really good start .

I am on the cusp of beginning to write in this journal. 9 was one of my favorite numbers as a kid because every multiple of it goes back to 9.
