Love Sodarizer, but the CO2 Exchange Process can maybe be improved a little. Sometimes it takes a while to book a rider to send back the tank, and it could be expensive too. Hope the exchange process can be 100% free of charge. Maybe send the new tank and collect for free? :)

Was supposed to receive the items a little over an hour after confirming but the rider diverted his route (delayed 3 hours). Great packaging. Good buying experience nonetheless.

It cant be easier. I am sending always 4 empty tanks. This way i do not have ANY transportation fee. Just pack the 4 empty tanks into their original cartons, wrap it in bubble foil or place it into a larger carton. Inform Sodarizer via their website. Pay your 4 new tanks. They will arrange for pickup. After they revieved the empty tanks they will send the new tanks. ZERO TRANSPORT ZERO EFFORT SMOOTH AND EASY TRANSACTION.

I had been dreading refill because I thiught it would be a huge hassle. But it was much easier than I expected. Communication with the Sodarizer team was quick and easy. One possible improvement is if we received the Lalamove tracker as well, so I could know when to expect the courier to arrive.
