Absolutely love this! Honestly I didn’t think it would help but it works so well! It took me a little bit to get used to the taste but only because I’m big on sweet things. Def notice when I don’t have it! Love this being part of my night time routine.

I have had the vanilla flavour before and I found that the maca flavour is all I can taste no matter what I mix it with. I then was a bit concerned when ordering the cookie one... but WOW sooooo tasty! I just blended it with some coconut milk and frozen bananas and its honestly so nice. Is not overly sweet but a nice balanced flavour! Will absolutley be ordering more.

I LOVE this. I find the nights that I don't have it harder to sleep. I make it and take it to bed and makes me super sleepy and doesn't take me long at all to get to sleep, such a game changer!! Works better than any sleep tea I’ve taken. Love that it’s a little sweet treat as well. Need to repurchase another tub!

Ordered for my parents as a special treat that have recently become keto. After trying many different keto sweet treats this is the first one they have tried and loved.
