My legs used to jump and keep me awake all night long. I still get a little bit of jumpiness but am very very pleased as I can now can a pretty good nights sleep. These leg braces are so much easier to put on and stay in place due to the rubber on the reverse side which aids in avoidance of slippage. I can wear them all day without complaint something I could not do with the ones prescribed by my lymphedema therapist!
