SCAM ALERT:
Apparently they have been doing bait and switch for awhile. I ordered the electric pruning tool and got this crappy $4 thing. Getting my money back thru paypal but have to pay return shipping. I don't care though. I want my entire refund from them. They offered 10 and then 20% refund which still would have you buying a $4 item for @ $25. Not going to let them make money on my back. Give me my full refund.

I paid for the battery operated sheers and received the manual crappy sheers which I could have gone to my local hardware store and paid $5 for the same thing.l feel ripped off cause I have arthritis in my hand so I can't use the crappy sheers anyway!lf you don't rectify this mistake promptly l will post bad comments about your dodgy company on a weekly basis forever!l am VERY disappointed in your approach in sales,let's hope you can redeem yourself with your after sales service!
