The 3-tieted necklace was in a huge knot when I opened up. I spent a lot of time over 4 days trying it get the knot out. I finally did but the chains are still tangled. It's like solving a puzzle. So far it is not wearable.
It needs to be packaged differently to prevent getting so tangled.
