Had problem with orginal charge cable not charging anymore, phone only used from Feb 2021 , said USB cable but cable you send just a normal charging cable as same as one i received with phone

Struggling to open the rubber to charge the phone, reduced the range for my wifi signal! If i remove the cover it receives signal all over my house!

It's a good watch however it constantly looses connection between my BlackView BV 9800 Pro and the watch, this watch just does not want to connect further via blue tooth, but the functions are awesome

Had a 4 year old phone before the 5100, The battery life outlasts the old phone, but web browsing and downloads are very slow...
Fingerprint scanner also only works when it wants to.

understood that it is not a smart phone that supports android apps but was at least expecting internet connectivity. It also lacks a bunch of features that would seem obvious such as the ability to silence keyboard input or add the torch to shortcuts. To activate the torch is a mission and to deactivate it is even worse. Not a phone I would buy again or recommend. There are way better basic rugged phones available.

Unfortunately I am led to think that the video presentation of the toughness of these phones is all but gimmickry. I have had my Blackview 9600E for just a week and accidentally dropped it. Like with all things I put my foot under it when it falls to stop the fall and in this case was wearing a steel capped safety shoe. The result of the impact between the phone and the safety shoe is a broken screen underneath the screen protector (which by the way is still intact).
Rugged phones? I'll think ...

A great rugged phone lasting only a year. Completely useless after a year as the screen stops working. Searching forums, this seems to be a general issue with the ULE phones.

Screen has got lines. I've had the phone for 5months now. Screen started giving issues at month 3. No helpful support, phone giving trouble with the screen, had to use it today as gps, so the screen was on for a long time. Now it has lines. Nothing works to fix it. Will have to pay to send it in, and then pay if my "rugged" phone got damage from being in my pocket. I've had a more rugged Huawei P20 Lite.

If you want a phone that last for only one year, that's the phone for you. We bought two and both only lasted one year, it is rugged but the software packed up after a year. Did not want to swipe to answer or so scroll. The one phone's touch screen stop working all and all.
