The Mid-top Danca looks great, and fit my foot perfectly. However, the rubberized sole grips, and inhibits spinning, pivoting, and sliding, even on a very smooth floor. If your still of dance requires stability and grip, this would be a good shoe. I opted to return them and get the Corridalta, a highback shoe with a sole similar to the Corrida, which I really like.
