So, I am a salt fanatic - and I just started a new diet that recommended using this kind of seasoning in place of salt, and I have to say, I was skeptical, but it is delicious. I grew up seaside, so I used to eat fresh salcornia (we called it pickle grass) when I was a kid. With this seasoning, I don't miss salt at all - and what a bonus that it's so much lower in sodium than regular salt. I would recommend this to everyone who is trying to lower their sodium content.
