Although I have not fully transitioned to your Sea Salt, when I have used it, I've been very pleased with the results. At this point (still a new experience) I am still trying to determine appropriate amounts. If a recipe requires a specific measure of salt, for instance, I haven't yet figured out the Green Salt equivalent (a table of suggestions for that, if one exists, would be welcome). Neverthless, it's an excellent product and I am so glad to have found you.
