I feel so much more grounded and calm and have more mental clarity! It is a subtle difference at first. But then one day I forgot to take mine for several days in a row. The difference was STRIKING! I know now I am receiving a huge benefit, but feel very much my self - unlike other chemical interventions.

I take one unwind before bed because the first time I took two and bout didn't wake up at all, it knocked me out so good but was hard to get up.
