The product was good. Delivery and communication, however, was very flawed. It took two MONTHS to get the product. There was a tracking system but it gave very little information. Purchased several units for Christmas gifts. Having served on a ship in the service a fire on board was a real issue. I became a fire fighter in my city after military service and am a real concerned individual about fire safety. I think this product will be a good item for family members who live alone.I have supplied fire extinguishers in the past to people and am certain these blankets will add to their safety and well being.

The blanket package says to not reuse it, but your website says it can be washed and reused, if not damaged. The PSA tape on the mounting clips is too weak to hold the weight of the blanket up on the inside of a wood cabinet door. To remedy this, I drilled a hole to accommodate a #10 x 1/2" pan head screw, then drilled a pilot hole into the door frame. Since I bought four of the blankets, I've drilled the remaining clips and will provide a screw for the recipients.
