I love the ginger cooki shampoo bar. It lathers beautifully and rinses well leaving my very fine hair clean and shiny and even gives some body to the hair. I have tried some of the others( coconut and the argan oil) but the ginger is my favourite!! A great product at a good price , good for the environment due to no plastic packaging and I’m very happy to support a small woman owned Australian business!! Great work Team Cooki!! It definitely gets my recommendation!

Good and lightweight, it glides on the hair really easily with a nice mild scent. However I tried both this one and the Argan Oil & Jasmine Conditioner and definitely preferred that one because my hair is dry and tends to knot easily. The Coconut Conditioner wasn't heavy enough for me and is probably better for really fine or oilier hair types.

was skeptical at first after having tried other brands looking for natural alternatives that made my hair oily and stringy. But I have had the bars for about 3 weeks now and am surprised at how well they work. I’m so happy with the results from the ginger bar, I’ve only tried this bar and the coconut conditioner so far and they have left my hair shiny and soft. I’d like to try to Jasmine conditioner bar next to detangle my hair better.

Can take some time to get the product into my hair, but it’s worth it. My hair feels great after use, I just wish it had more of a coconut smell. Great size, and the tins are the best!

Lathers really well. It does feel like it dries my hair out whilst in use, but my hairdresser assured me that as long as it didn’t feel that way after the conditioner, that it’s ok, which it doesn’t. Hair feels and looks great. My only issue is that there isn’t enough coconut smell, within the bar or on my hair. Ohhhh, and the tins are the best!!!

It started with one! Love them all. Rice water one is my most recent and it’s so gentle, slightly different texture but foams well and rinses squeaky clean. I paired with the Coconut conditioner and couldn’t be happier with results. Keeps flyaways in check and like all the other Cooki bars, my long fine hair is less reactive to humidity!

I just love the Argan Oil shampoo bar! I have an oily scalp with dry ends, fine texture but lots of it. This bar cleans so well I have gone from washing every day to 2 x a week without drying out the ends. Fabulous for travel as no more leaking bottles! Highly recommend it.
