I really like the jacket, BUT, customer service is NONEXISTENT. I ordered one that was too large. I received an email telling how to return the item. Their return policy is ridiculous! You have to jump through hoops so I didn’t return it. I gave it to a neighbor for her dog. I ordered another one that is small and barely fits. I emailed them again and NEVER heard back. I believe they are probably a company in China. I will never order anything again from a company that doesn’t have a live custom...

I have been looking for a warm coat for my little Japanese Chin-Poodle cross. This is perfect. I would order one size larger and in fact I just ordered two larges. Best coat I have had and no more struggles with putting the harness on and then coat. So user friendly and my girl loves it!!!

Love it, but WAY TOO BIG. He’s a weird shaped boy. The 2xxl isn’t large enough, and the 3xxl is too wide, & too long. I think I’ll ask a friend if she could alter it. It won't work. The collars will charge and turn blue but as soon as you take them off the charger they turn red and blink. The controller stays red. The light has never turned blue. I haven't even got to try it because it goes dead as soon as I take it off the charger.

The jacket is great. Made well & Penny, my grand-puppy, looks like a fashionista in it. However, the customer service is poor. I wrote a note to customer service about the item going on sale the day after I ordered the jacket & asked if I could get the sale price. Many companies do this. I never received the courtesy of a reply. Due to that, I will not use your services again & instead use other vendors with comparable items but have better return policies & customer service.

We love the collar & the remote & ease of operation. The only thing we wish it had was a place to attach a lanyard or wristband to it. Or maybe even a case to buy for it that could attach to a belt or hang on my shorts. Other than that, we love it !!

I love the quality of Murphys' new harness. It's light so it makes it more comfortable for him to wear and the straps are nice and wide so it helps to keep him securely belted. He also, gets alot of compliments on how his name stands out and how easy to read. Now even strangers call him by name. Really cool... The sizes run small so when ordering step up a size.. where the straps and their size are located makes it easy to adjust. Thanks job well done!!!!

I loved the coat! It is so pretty! Unfortunately it was way to small for my 11 pound Teddy Bear Cooper! I measured Cooper about 3 times before placing my order and followed the directions. According to the measurements Cooper would need a small. But a small was way too small. From looking at the small I am thinking he would need a large or even an extra large. So for now Cooper is without a coat! I am now trying to figure out how to return the little coat! It is a lovely coat, made very well! ...

My cat loves this laser. She already had an automatic one, but it was battery operated and we went through ALOT of batteries. That was the reason for buying this one. You plug it in and turn it on and its good to go. I love the automatic feature that allows it to come back on every hour and a half so our cat can play with it while we are gone. The only thing i wish I could do with it is program it myself. For example, I would like it to stay on for longer than 15 minutes.

I bought the mat with warmer temperatures here. I placed it in my dog’s bed, & she has slept very comfortably. My dog weighs 12 lb., but I purchased the Large, even though the size shown for her was smaller. I would recommend not going by the weights given for the dog. Use the measurements given for the mat. I would recommend this mat.

Edy is a 14 year old Australian Cattle dog, who has a very fuzzy, dual coat, so she gets warm. As a result, she kicks all of her previous crate blankets/pads out of the way. Since I put the cool pad in, she will sleep on it, but still moves it around a lot.
