These are the sickest shoes/boots/footwear I've ever worn. I've got a high volume, wide foot and they fit like a glove. Already broken in so I can finally leave a review: I work in a farm/greenhouse so no need for steel toe but yes need for a tough boot. I bought 2 pairs to use as work shoes and weightlifting shoes. So far the work shoes are great. As an RMT, having comfortable and easy to wear shoes is a must and I hated the way running shoes would make me feel unstable. I was using vivos before but these feel more complete and have a nicer and more accommodating toe box. I haven't gotten around to wearing the other pair yet but they looked great. The moment I opened the box I knew these shoes were well crafted. Then I put them on. They were the closest experience to bare foot that I have found in any shoe. I have wide feet and have always had trouble finding shoes that fit me properly. I've been wearing Wildland fire boots since 2001, so til recently my feet were malformed from high arches and heels but i do know a few things about boots. I've worn the Bruin almost every day for about a month and tracked a lot of mud and snow in the house with them. These are doing what I need them to do. I recently switched to minimalist bare foot shoes. I experienced nearly all the common benefits that folks rave about. What can I say? Bearfoot definitely went the distance on this one. I needed an all around boot. Something I could train in,work in,style in, and go to church in. And this guy fit the bill. I was a little concerned about going with the suede leather but my concerns were completely abolished as a rich smell of leather hit me before the box was opened. They fit very good.
