The insulated tumblers are terrific!! Holds a large ice ball for bourbon perfectly. They have by far one of the best customer service experiences you will find anywhere from any company. During the holidays a shipment was lost. They made it right and got replacements out quickly. I will be placing a custom order with them as well as supporting them in the future. Great company and great products.
