Happy with the service from this shop - Firdaus was helpful to text me to arrange. Earlier I couldnt contact them as the telephone number in the website was not in operation anymore. I had to google to get it...please update your website!

Had an amazing experience with Balloon Buzz. Staff contacted me few days before the event just to confirm with the order and let me know that one of the balloon was OOS and asked me to choose a different one. I sent my brother to pickup the balloon and he told me as soon as he got out of the shop, one of the balloon popped and the staff called him back in to replace the balloon. Definitely will come back to Balloon Buzz in the future !

Mum loves her 70th balloons !!! Balloon Buzz arranged for the balloons to be delivered to the restaurant prior to our dinner. When we arrived at restaurant, the balloons were nicely tied to the back of the birthday girl's chair. I have ordered the same for my friends' birthday. They always deliver on time. Price is reasonable too. I will continue to order from Balloon Buzz.. my trusted joy delivery.

The team at Balloon Buzz were friendly, efficient, and communicated really well. Put in a last minute order and it was executed perfectly. They even had the artwork details confirmed prior to printing, and that's much appreciated.

Absolutely lovely and service was great. My balloons were delivered to the incorrect house, and they got me a new one within 2 hours and sent it to the bridal shower venue. Thanks for the speedy response and action, my friend the bride-to-be love them.

When I went to shop to collect, I saw that They forgot to add on the wording for my balloon as instructed.. Waited 10mins for then to do it (lucky I picked it up myself can check first ..) Overall satisfied with balloon price & service thanks for being open on holiday & responsive.

Very helpful customer service. The shop called to discuss colour scheme as what I had chosen online wasn’t available. They did a great job coordinating with my theme. Delivery was prompt And the balloons lasted many days.

My daughter love it. I am very please with the service. The seller even confirms with me at what time i needed the baloon so it will be at its best form during the event. Delivery is timely, the balloon stay the almost the same shape and size after 1 week. It doesn't burst out even my kids kicked and bounced it as of like a ball.

This is my first time ordering off Balloon Buzz online and honestly was super nervous but wow, they delivered ! Hani emailed me to tell me they ran out of gold stickers and wanted to substitute it with white but when it was delivered, it was still GOLD !!! I dont know what strings she pulled to get the gold stickers but it is excellent service !! Everything was great! Thank you Balloon Buzz!

Good service. They called me to notify that theres no round balloon available, so they change it with the star balloon. Once arrived at the said time, the balloons already ready for me to bring home. Good job 👍🏼

Easy peasy. Set up for delivery to the restaurant of my choice, and when I'm there, the balloon is already set for celebration. No hassle of getting them in the car and carry them to the place!

We ordered six helium balloons along with a mothers' day bouquet. Sweet colours!! Perfect for a mothers' day celebration which went really well with our greek themed celebration. Service was good too, balloon was ready in time as requested when ordering. Would definitely come back for future events :))

Fantastic service by the staff. Called to reconfirm the colours as Gold was out but Rose Gold turned out better. Also we requested for the balloons to be prepared earlier and they did! Def will buy from this branch again
