Ordered on the 25th of June and still have not received the order. Was supposed to be shipped over 2 Weeks ago and customer service is not getting back to us. Was really looking forward to the product

I have emailed the company twice to request a size exchange and for had no reply. Additionally they had underpaid postage so I had to deal with that I now have a £50 set no fit for purpose as the collar is the wrong size Really poor customer service

Quality remains when the cost is forgotten!

Hi I have not received this order. 31/07 - Order Placed, confirmed and money taken. 19/08 - Shipping update received. 28/08 - Email sent to request tracking as app doesn't show the order as shipped. No response. 30/08 - Additional message sent to chase an answer 02/09 - Survey sent? Please can you arrange a refund for this order ASAP as I've received no product and no response to my emails.

Ordered on 26th July , was apparently shipped on 19th august, 2nd sept still not received it nor had updates or emails answered about my missing order. First and last time using this company I will be asking or a full refund due to having to purchase lead and collar somewhere else! Also states on website they aim to have all orders done in 20days mines be will over a month !!

Lovely colour and accurate fit. Would say not the comfiest lead to hold if your dog is still pulling a bit, no padded area that you would get on most lead handles - ended up with a friction burn. Air tag pocket is handy, but not overly discreet on the thinner collars as the pouch is wider than the collar.

Great product! AirTag pouch was very snug but got it in eventually!

Nice item that allows a little extra security when walking my nervous, slightly reactive dog. It's a well made strap and feels sturdy.

It did not arrive...and I wasn't provided any shipping information so I could track the package. Still awaiting my delivery which I purchased at the beginning of December. Have emailed Bark & Shout and am now awaiting a reply.

I never got my order and you’re ignoring my emails. Very similar experience the last time I bought from you. I won’t be buying again from you as just can’t trust to either get the product or within a reasonable time frame. Such a shame because always products are good if I receive them

I never received my order! I placed my order on the 27th of August. On your website it says it will take 14 days to make. On the 13th of September you emailed me saying it was shipped. I emailed you and even messaged you on Facebook asking where my order is. No response, today is the 12th of October. I’m now convinced that I was scammed. Do not order from here!!!!

I never received either one of the dog collar’s that I ordered. I have reached out to out multiple times via email and I have never gotten a response back. Very disappointing!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with your overall service considering I still haven’t received my order!! I ordered on the 09/11, and still haven’t received it. I’ve also emailed your customer service to find out what is happening and have heard nothing back from you, so overall this is a joke!!
