I was shipped a size small,the wrong size. The jacket was crammed in plastic in a small cardboard box! I shipped it back yesterday and requested a refund. I had to pay$12.05 shipping fee and email mentioned a $3.00 restock fee.
You all can improve by shipping the Right size. Package merchandise such as jacket in size appropriate packaging. Send customer a return label or barcode and eliminate restocking fees for your shipping errors!
