The sauna is even better than advertised. We had some difficulty with the delivery since the delivery service did not notice our instructions that this was to be a back door delivery. So I really wanted to get a conventional sauna and decided to pull the trigger on this one. For assembly it wasn't horrible, but wasnt great. The instructions aren't the best and need to be looked over a few times.As far as the actual sauna goes it's a nice unit.I've only done 1 session so far so I guess time will tell how it holds up but I'm sure it'll be just fine. It looks awesome and I'm excited to use it again, I'd recommend for a budget sauna this is a good buy.

It heats up quickly enough for me and I spend about 20-35 minutes away from my desk, my yard, my kitchen, and everybody else. I am happy I bought this product.Mine had a little bit of cosmetic damage here and there but nothing that interfered with the assembly and operation of the sauna. It can also be easily disassembled if you need to move it.

Merry Christmas sauna friends...This came delivered by truck and was assembled very easily.I was able to unpack it alone but it takes at least two people to snap it together, a screwdriver is the only tool necessary. Mine had a little bit of cosmetic damage here and there but nothing that interfered with the assembly and operation of the sauna.

Delivery was a little slower than expected, but the customer service was great. Instructions on how to assemble were not the best, but it was simple enough to figure out. You’ll definitely need an electrician to hook it up to a breaker box- not a plug n play.

Despite the minor annoyances of the above, I've also noticed one positive surprise, too: Not a single spider or insect has ever been found in the sauna! Even during times when it hasn't been put to use for a while, none of the numerous spiders around here have left evidence of exploring the sauna. Not one. I'm guessing there's something about the hemlock that's keeping them out. Whatever it is, it's good news for me.
